Job Title: Project Manager
Purpose: Coordinating the efforts between InPrint Corporation and its subcontract vendors for the purpose of producing product for customers.
Job Function
- Order Entry for InPrint Manufacturing

Planning and scheduling projects, Generating accurate Work Orders,
Scheduling Work Orders on WIP, Monitoring work in process to meet
schedules deadlines.
- Purchasing

Determining Economic Order Quantity, Generating accurate Purchase Orders,
Coordinating vendor work in process to meet internal production due
dates, Negotiate pricing, Vendor evaluation.
- Build Plan Analysis

Reviewing forecast report from customer, Preparing and analyzing usage
report to determine reorder points, Knowledge of production lead
time to build quantities, Determining quanity of products to build.
- Inventory Analysis
-
Determining adequate inventory level for Kanban and cell items, Preparing
quarterly scrap list for each account accordingly, Tracking raw material
or part usage, to be used in cost reduction programs, Accurate coding
of inventory items.
- New Projects
-
Coordinating proof process with customer and obtaining customer's approval,
Structuring BOMs, Assigning Material Codes for new manuals and BOMs,
Pricing.
Customer Service
- Work directly with suppliers. First line customer service for Manufacturing
- Survey and follow up with customers to ensure that problems are resolved
- Meeting if necessary
Internal Operation and Administration
- Knowledge of operating computer systems, copier, fax machine
- Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Covalent software
- Problem solving ability to review recurring problems and process improve
- Proficient communication skills to communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues
- Knowledge of production process for better planning
- Constantly seek ways to improve quality for customers
